Bush Plate

Bush plate is utilised for low-volume manufacturing tools where no bushing modification is necessary. It must be lightly pressed together. Our offering could be in headed or simple type. In a headed type, the head makes it possible to employ it as a tool stop. Additionally, if the depth of this product needs to be limited, it allows for an increase in the length of the bush relative to that depth. To prevent tool deflection, it may occasionally be necessary for the bush plates bottom to match the component's profile. It is possible with headed type bush. The accuracy of press-fit bushings would be impacted by frequent replacements.
